As General Manager for a high technology building services designer/provider that was part of a Finnish group and supplied underfloor heating systems, I took over from a “drop dead” situation.
I rapidly identified strategic direction, reorganised the business, introduced a professional sales structure and a technical support organisation.
I revised the market offer to reflect UK market needs and standards and maintained business momentum throughout restructuring and change.
Under my management the business became cash positive and made its first real profits.
